WITHIN AUSTRALIA: Standard shipping is FREE. Optional Express Post, Insurance and Registered Post available at checkout for additional cost.

NEW ZEALAND: Flat rate of $10 (AUD).

THE REST OF THE WORLD: Flat rate of $20 (AUD). 

Time frames depend completely on the product you have ordered: 

Ready-Made Products:
Require no designing are usually shipped in 1-4 days, depending on the day they are ordered. 

Personalised products: 
Can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, depending on the item. For example, items that require no approval are sent straight to the printer and included in the next print/post run. Items such as those in our ALMA Series require more steps - transfer of images, design, approval, changes (if needed), print and post. 

Special Occasions: Items that fall into our peak periods (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas) can take longer. Please consult our cutoff dates in FAQs and keep in mind these are our busiest times, especially if you require something designed and we need it approved before sending to print. 

Please understand that your items are designed, printed and packaged by human beings and we do our best to get your products to you for those special occasions. Giving us as much time as possible before key dates ensures your item arrives in time. 

PRINTING TIMES:

If your item needs to be printed our print run is twice weekly:
9am Monday and Wednesday. Items are then posted on Wednesdays and Fridays. 

You will ALWAYS know when your order has been shipped because you will receive an email confirmation once it is on its way.

Within Australia regular postage times are between 3-7 business days.  

We use Australia Post for our deliveries. Once your order has been shipped, Alma Custom Designs cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. You can find delivery details via these services at the following links:

Please note: If you select to have your item sent as Untracked Postage, we cannot take responsibility for locating your parcel once it has left our care, nor replace the item if for any reason it is not delivered to you via the postal service. Tracked shipping (adding insurance) is always recommended.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

If you would like your order even quicker we suggest adding EXPRESS POSTAGE at checkout. Please note that selecting Express Shipping ensures your order is moved through the postal service quickly via Australia Post, but does not necessarily mean production time in our studio will be faster. If you require something quicker please get in contact with us via email and we'll do what we can to arrange this for you to the best of our ability. 

Express Postage times within Australia are between 1-3 business days. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When international shipping is arranged, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable. International postage is in the form of TRACKED (Pack and Track) postage, sent as regular air mail. Please allow up to 30 business days for your order to arrive to you from Australia.
