We may use your ALMA print for promotional purposes.
Please make sure you have double checked all names and dates before you submit your order. Prints are not sent to you for approval, unless you have ordered from the ‘Insta’ range, Destination Print or a Unique Custom Print. When you do receive one of these prints for approval, you are entitled to one round of changes before we send to print. Additional changes will be charged.
Orders kept on file
Images and completed prints are kept on file for no longer than 30 days from print date.
We do not accept exchanges for change of mind or order mistakes. We will replace items if they are not as per order due to a fault by us. Please contact via email with proof of fault by providing a photograph of the item. When an item is incorrect due to the fault of the customer, you will need to purchase a replacement.

Sizes A5-A3 prints will be posted within the week. Anything larger than A3 size needs to be printed, so please allow up to three weeks turnaround on these - excluding postage - which is approximately 7-10 business days.

Postage is FREE Australia wide. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery within Australia. All parcels are posted from Geelong, Victoria, Australia.Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for International shipping costs.
All items are sent via regular mail with Australia Post. They are packaged using a board-backed envelope or cylinder for larger prints to prevent items from being damaged in transit. Once your order has been shipped, we can accept no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.
We take no responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time if needed for a gift or birthday party when this date is within the 3 week turn around or just outside of this time. You must allow shipping time from the 3 week it may take to ship your order.
You may upgrade your shipping to Express Post which will provide a tracking number and will cut the transit time to just 1-3 days within Australia. This, however, will still only be sent after the 3 week turnaround so please keep that in mind. Please email email@example.com to arrange this before purchasing.
To make sure you receive your prints in the best possible condition they can be, all A5, A4 and A3 prints are posted flat in a board-backed envelope in a plastic sleeve. Large letter posters are wrapped in paper and posted in cylinders.
Spam accounts are not eligible for competition entry on any of our social media pages, as determined by Alma Custom Designs.
A5, A4 & A3 prints are printed on high quality 300gsm white matte recycled card.
Supersize orders (anything larger than A3) are printed on high quality 200gsm paper.
Colours may appear different in print as they do on screen - we of course endeavour to try and show all colours in true form. Please be aware that some prints are pale in colour and do not photograph well so we may darken a little for Social Media.
Refunds will only be given within 30 days of purchase date.
Each case is unique and will be judged accordingly.
Refunds will incur a $10 fee deducted to cover transfer fees our end.
ALMA SERIES TIME FRAMES
You need to supply your images for Alma Series Prints to us within 3 months of purchase date or your order will expire. This is non-negotiable.
Orders processed after the 3 month expiry date will incur a $30 storage & processing fee.
